Sudan (University of Gezira) A Treatment protocol for Emergency Cases in Hospitals And Centers in the Gezira

The Center for Noncommunicable Studies, Faculty of Medicine, University of Gezira, has approved the therapeutic protocol for emergency cases to work in Wad Madani Emergency Hospital. The protocol will also be applied in and other health centers with the aim of standardizing treatment and improving the quality of emergency work, achieving rapid response to emergency cases, appropriate therapeutic intervention, knowledge and provision of life-saving medicines, as well as encouraging teamwork in medical teams and producing the best results. The Center had organized a workshop “Wednesday” in the Minor Conference Hall at the Faculty of Medicine in Al-Razi campous, in Wad Madani, with the presence of the dean faculty of medicine Dr. Wael Nouri, the consultant of internal medicine and endocrinology, Dr. Muhammad Khalil Al-Karib, and many specialists, their deputies, and physicians from the faculty of Pharmacy. Director of the center Dr. Sawsan Ahmed Omar, confirmed that the University of Gezira is interested with the initiatives that are in the interest of the Gezira citizens . She called the Ministry of Health at the state for the application and dissemination of the protocol at the level of state hospitals in order tond benefit from the improvement of the health situation.
