On June 27, 2020, the FSIP presented two Ijazas to Cheikh Haddadi Moustapha in Perpignan . These Ijazas were awarded by Cheikh Farid Oualize , director of the Koranic reading department of the FSIP
‎ An Ijazah is a permission to teach the Holy Koran. It can only be transmitted by a teacher who himself has this permission. It must be part of an unbroken chain of transmission to the Prophet (Peace be upon Him.)
