National Technical University of Ukraine (Ukraine) Training on Women’s Self-Defense Was Held at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute

The event was organized by the university Student Social Service. The trainer and facilitator Nina Gayevska taught girls and women in three hours:

🔹 prevent the risk of violence against yourself with the help of voice and special techniques;
🔹 simple physical skills of self-defense;
🔹 tools that help to react faster in a problem situation;
🔹 practices of physical self-defense (strikes, escapes, etc.);
🔹 understanding how one’s own voice and body help to protect oneself.
