Qatar (Texas A&M University at Qatar) Pirzada completes International Youth Library Fellowship

Dr. Tehmina Pirzada, assistant professor of English in the Liberal Arts Program, recently completed the International Youth Library Fellowship, which was awarded in July 2021 and funded by the Foreign Ministry of Germany. As part of the fellowship, she completed a research article for a special issue of the Children’s Literature Association Quarterly dedicated to adolescence and spoken word poetry. She completed this article with the generous support of IYL and TAMUQ.
