La Trobe University (Australia) The lasting impact: how we work
Courtney Hughes-Lord Principal, Organisation and Workforce Transformation at Mercer will present on the Global Talent Trends Report, 2022 which highlights how the past two years have had a permanent impact on people’s views about work, workers and working.
Companies anticipating double digit growth this year are redefining how they relate to their workforce and contribute to society. According to Mercer’s research, these ‘Relatable Organisations’ have five things in common; values-led, new work models, healthy workforce, learning cultures and human-centred environments. Mercer’s 2022 Global Talent Trends not only reveals the ‘why’, it explores ‘how’ to build a future of work that’s future fit for all stakeholders.
We’ll then be hosting a panel discussion with industry leaders including Luke Andrews of Deloitte, Susan Nicholson of SecurePay & POLi and Demetrio Zema of Law Squared. Ask our panel questions during the Q&A session afterwards.
For the first time this year you’ll be able to join us at a Thought Leadership event in person, which means you can network while you enjoy the breakfast. We also have an option to join this event online if you can’t be there in person.
