Hadhramout University (Yemen) Local Authority of Hadhramout Signs with Hadhramout University An Agreement within the UAE Scholarship
The local authority in Hadhramout signed an agreement of accepting 80 male and Female students from Hadhramout, Shabwa and Aden to Health and Medicine Sciences Faculty for the academic year 2020-2023 . This agreement occurred within the UAE scholarship for supporting the university education in Yemen. The agreement was signed by Mr. Mabkhoot Mubarak Bin Madi; Governor of Hadhramout and Prof. Muhammad Saeed Khanbash; Hadhramout University President in the presence of Dr. Samir Yeslam Ba-Othman; Dean of Health Sciences Faculty.
Governor of Hadhramout confirmed the support of the local authority towards the educational and academic process at Hadhramout University. On the other hand HU president expressed his appreciation to the visit of the governor, pointing out an overview of Hadhramout University and the partnerships of the university with the local authority. He called on the local authority to form a committee for implementing the vision of the governorate. He indicated that the preparations are underway to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the University and hold various activities.
The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Abdullah Saleh Babair; Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Salem Mubarak Al-Obthany; Vice President for Students Affairs, Prof. Hadi Salem Al- Sabban; Acting Vice President For Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Mr. Abdullah Alawi Aideed; General Secretary of the university, Dr. Khalid Mubarak Bin Madi; Deputy Dean of Health and Sciences Faculty and Mr. Hussein Baslaib; Director of the President Office.
