University Corporation of the Coast (Colombia) Café Directivo UniCosta celebrated its second version of 2022
Last Friday, November 11, the UniCosta Executive Coffee was held. A conference led by Well-being at Work, aimed at generating spaces for reflection on how our institutional leaders are carrying out the processes in their respective areas and departments.
During the event, Edgar Cely Uribe, a coach for LinkedIn, spoke with the attendees about various factors that are related to the change in dynamics within organizations, with the aim of knowing how managers feel identified with the strategies that are put in place. currently underway at the University of the Coast.
Likewise, recreational activities were carried out in order to promote collaborative work to achieve a common goal and thus invite them to develop similar actions with their work teams.
“From the Labor Well-being department of the Universidad de la Costa, we are interested in strengthening the skills of our leaders, which is why we successfully carried out the Executive Café activity, in which in a fun and conscious way each participant lived a day spectacular,” said Zamira Romo, director of Labor Well-being.
For her part, the Vice Chancellor for University Well-being, Rosmery Turbay, highlighted the importance of having the Café Directivo space every six months to analyze and evaluate the dynamics from their roles.
“In this space we recognize each other and meet again to find out how we are, how we are doing, what kind of leaders we are and what kind of leaders we want to be in this new era in which we are. After a pandemic, meeting again, being together again in person, even the same alternation demands great challenges from us and that is what we did, prepare ourselves for the challenges that come next year, to finalize our plan of development, but also close this year as we have to: in the great UniCosta family”, stated the vice chancellor.
