B.) REQUIREMENTS FOR THE COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES FOR GRADUANDS (CERTIFICATE IS NOT ISSUED BY PROXY)

Kindly come along to collect your certificate with:-

  1. Original duly signed Clearance Form
  2. Original Statement of Result issued by the University
  3. Original and a Photocopy of O’Level Certificate (credit pass in Five relevant subjects is mandatory)
  4. University Identity Card or National Identity Number (NIN)
  5. One Passport Photograph
