An academic specializing in knowledge systems, an expert in the economy of expertise, and a consultant in quality and improving the experience of pilgrims. He possesses extensive experience in knowledge management and pilgrim services. He has contributed by providing consultations and conducting scientific research in the field of employing smart technologies to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of services offered to pilgrims. He has also trained and qualified human resources in the fields of knowledge management and customer service. Currently, he is directing efforts toward achieving sustainable development goals, in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, aiming to strengthen the role of knowledge management and quality improvement in enhancing the experience of the pilgrims.
