Established in 1841, York St John University has been committed to widening access to education for 175 years. We pride ourselves in our community and value the social and cultural diversity that everyone brings. It’s a close-knit, inclusive University that offers a lot more than a degree certificate.

Many of our staff and students are also activists, taking on the challenges of the modern world head on. Our community takes an active stand against climate change, prejudice and inequality and we will only ever increase our efforts.
