Overview
The University of Trnava in Trnava is a modern, attractive educational and scientific institution with a tradition following the historic Universitas Tyrnaviensis, which was founded in 1635. It is the winner of the National Quality Award and since 2019 it has been entitled to use the designation "research university".
The University of Trnava offers bachelor's, master's and doctoral study programs in the fields of philosophical, social and human sciences, pedagogy, law, healthcare and theology.
Its five faculties currently have more than 5,000 students; and in its recent history, more than 32,000 graduates have received a university degree . According to the current student survey , up to 94% of our students are satisfied with the choice of study program at the University of Trnava.
