Description
University of London City College, located in London, the capital of the UK, was founded in 1894 and obtained a royal charter in 1966. In 2016, it was renamed from the original City University London to city, University of London due to its accession to the University of London. The Honorary Presidents of CITY are all mayors of London.
University of London City College's communication is quite well-known in the UK, ranking 8th in the whole UK in QS news and communication discipline; Michael Hann, a reporter for the guardian, once compared the Journalism Department of the City College of the University of London to "Cambridge and Oxford in the field of communication".
