Biography
Norizan Mohd Kassim is a Professor of Marketing at Bang College of Business, KIMEP University Almaty, Kazakhstan. She received her Ph.D. degree from Southern Cross University, Australia in 2002. Her research interests are in the areas of cross-cultural studies, consumer behavior, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, service innovation, the competitiveness of organizations, and entrepreneurship. She has collaborated actively with researchers in several other disciplines of management. She has published numerous articles in reputable international journals, including the Journal of Business Research, European Journal of Marketing, Asia Pacific Business Review, Asia Pacific Journal of Marketing and Logistics, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Electronic Markets, Journal of Islamic Marketing, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management, and International Journal of Innovation Management.
