Biography
Dr. Lawrence V. Fulton is an Assistant Professor of Quantitative Methods at Texas State University, San Marcos, and a retired Army health care administrator. He is a Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives, a Fellow in the Royal Statistical Society (CStat CSci), and a Certified Quality Engineer and Six Sigma Black Belt from the American Society for Quality. Dr Fulton also provides health care quantitative consultations for defence and medical industries.
