Biography
Dr. Zuhair Jaber Mushref
Assistant Professor at Al-Anbar University, specializing in Cartography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). I hold a Bachelor's degree (2004), Master's degree (2012), and Ph.D. (2019) from Al-Anbar University. I have extensive academic and administrative experience, having held several positions, including Director of Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up at Al-Anbar University Presidency, and Director of Administration and Human Resources at the College of Education for Humanities. Additionally, I have taught and supervised Master's and Ph.D. theses.
My research interests include Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing, Sustainable Development, and the Labor Market. I have published 18 scientific papers and have participated in reviewing numerous research papers both within and outside the university. I am also a member of several academic committees.
I have earned prestigious international training certifications, including:
- TOT (Training of Trainers) Certificate from the Iraqi Prime Minister's Office
- TOT Certificate from the German GIZ Organization
- TOT Certificate from the IREX International Organization
- Labor Market Evaluation Certificate from the World Learning Organization
- TOT in Entrepreneurship and Financial Inclusion from WFP
In addition, I have advanced skills in Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS, Global Mapper) and am a certified trainer in Entrepreneurship, Job Search, and Soft Skills within international programs.
