Biography
Dr. Youssif Zaghwani Omar, an associate professor at the Faculty of Languages at the University of Benghazi. He is the chair of the Department of European and Asian Languages at the Faculty of Languages at the University of Benghazi and the executive director of the Democratic Arab Center in Berlin, Germany and the director of the Projects Administration.
