Biography
Dr. Vikram Murthy is a senior leadership expert with over thirty-five years of global experience in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and Oman. He is the Founding Director of the Being Leaders Academy. Vikram has a Bachelor (Honours) in Electronics and Electrical Engineering, a Masters, and Doctorate in Management from the Waikato Management School, New Zealand. He has written several journal articles, book chapters, and books on leadership, change and strategy. Dr. Murthy is a Supervisor of Higher Research Degrees for Excelsia College, Sydney, Australia. He has also held a Senior Fellowship in Waikato University, and adjunct professorial positions in Massey University, and AUT University, in New Zealand. He is on the International Advisory Boards of the WASD, International Journal of Development and Management, and Journal of Research: The Bede Athenaeum. He is on the Board of the NPeW Education Trust and speaks regularly at conferences in the Asia-Pacific.
