Biography
Victor Nyabuti Ong'era is a dedicated environmental researcher and leader passionate about climate action and sustainability. Currently pursuing a PhD in Sustainable Development and Climate Change at Scuola Universitaria Superiore Pavia, he brings a strong background in environmental engineering and climate science. Victor has held key leadership roles, including EU Relationships Lead at Climate Action Network Europe, where he established vital partnerships to mobilize youth for climate initiatives. His tenure as Chief Data Officer at the University of Milan saw him develop insightful sustainability metrics and manage data analytics projects. Known for his collaborative approach and commitment to inclusivity, Victor excels in fostering teamwork and driving impactful projects. With fluency in multiple languages and proficiency in various technical tools, he is dedicated to making climate data accessible and actionable for diverse communities.
