Biography
He is currently full-time professor at the District University “Francisco José de Caldas in Bogotá” - Colombia, where he was also director of the Doctorate in Engineering, of the Master of Science in Information and Communications, Specialization in Software Engineering, Specialization in Telecommunications and Director of the Office of Interinstitutional Relations. In addition, he is a research associate of the GICOGE Group (Research Group in Information Technology, Communications and Knowledge Management), recognized in category A1 by Colciencias in Bogotá-Colombia. Academic pair of the CNA (National Accreditation Council) since 2001.
Postdoctoral degree from the University of Oviedo, PhD in Computer Engineering from the Pontifical University of Salamanca, Master's degree in Computer Science from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Master's degree in Website Management from the International University of La Rioja, Specialization in Marketing from the University of Rosario, and a degree in Systems Engineering from the District University “Francisco José de Caldas”.
