Rocky J. Dwyer, PhD, FCPA, CPA, FCMA, CMA is a Contributing Faculty in the Doctor of Business Program in the College of Management and Technology at Walden University, USA. He is a Fellow of the Society of Management Accountants and Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. He is an award winning writer, editor and educator, who has consulted and undertaken research for private, not-for profit, and public sector organizations to examine and validate Corporate Social Responsibility, Poverty Reduction initiatives, strategic organizational capacity, performance management and ethics. His research has been presented and published for conferences and symposiums in Canada, the United States, South America, Germany, the Russian Federation; and the Peoples Republic of China.
