Biography

Mahitab Shahin is a PhD researcher and an assistant lecturer of marketing at Coventry University at The Knowledge Hub Universities, Egypt. She has an MA in Management from Durham University and a BSc in General Business from Loughborough University. Her research interests include digital marketing, social media marketing, online customer experience, and value co-creation.
