Dr Ibtissem Missaoui (University of Sousse) Tunisia

Dr Ibtissem Missaoui is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Accounting and finance at the Higher Institute of Management of Sousse, Tunisia (University of Sousse). She is a member of the Laboratory of Management of Innovation and Sustainable Development. Dr. Missaoui has an academic background in finance, accounting, and management, complemented by practical experience in the finance sector. Her research spans a wide range of topics, including finance, accounting, environmental issues, Islamic finance and accounting, financial technology, climate and energy finance, with a particular focus on energy-related challenges, innovation, and financial market crises. She has published more than nine peer-reviewed articles in high-quality SCI and SSCI journals. Her research interests include finance, sustainable development, and the intersection of technology and environmental economics.
