Biography
Eltigani is currently the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Gezira. He is specialised Water Management and was Former Dean of Water Management and Irrigation Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in Water Management, University of Gezira 2009. M.Sc. in Economics of Water resources, 2003 and B.Sc. in Agricultural Science, Faculty for Agriculture and Natural Resources, University of Gezira. 1999.
