Biography
Prof. Dr. Abdurahman Hamid Nour is an accomplished academic and researcher in petroleum engineering and related fields. He holds a PhD in Petroleum Engineering from Universiti Technologi Malaysia and an Honorary Doctoral of Letters from the International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, UK. His areas of expertise include oil and gas technology, flow enhancement, membrane separation, and various chemical processes. Dr. Nour has extensive experience as a professor at Universiti Malaysia Pahang, where he teaches, conducts research, mentors students, and collaborates with industry. He is a prolific author, having published over 300 journal articles, numerous books, and book chapters, and presented at over 50 conferences. His work has been recognized through various awards and patents related to his inventions.
