Biography
Dr Diab-Bahman, SFHEA is a Lecturer of Management and a member of the Curriculum Development & Research Committees at KTC. She holds a DBA and a PhD in CSR & Reputation from the University of Reading. Her research focus is in applied psychology in the workplace, society and social policy issues, as well as social responsibility and reputation. She authored two books which explore differences of ethnicities and culture and their impact on everyday business dealings. She is also a weekly contributor to Al Qabas newspaper in her hometown of Kuwait, with a dedicated column specializing in addressing the need for change towards the goal of sustainable economic development. She recently received the prestigious ‘Pandemic Hero’ award recently for her academic and social efforts throughout the COVID-19 crises, presented by the British Council and the Amiri Diwan in February, 2021.
