Prof. Moh'd Ajlouni (Yarmouk University) Jordan

Moh'd Ajlouni is a Professor of Finance at the Department of Banking & Finance, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Yarmouk University, Irbid, JORDAN. He obtained PhD in Finance from the Business School of the University of Nottingham (NUBS), UK, since 2004. He had Master degree from University of Wales, Bangor (now University of Bangor), UK, since 1993. He had Certified Financial Consultant (CFC) from the American Institute of Financial Consultants, USA, since 1999. Prof Ajlouni is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) from the British Association of Financial Planners, UK, since 2001.  Prof  Ajlouni currently works as a Vice-Dean for academic affairs, at Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Yarmouk University, Irbid, JORDAN. He worked as a Chairman of the Department of Banking & Finance, Advisor to HE the President of the University and Financial Manager at Yarmouk University, Irbid, JORDAN. He is on editorial boards of many Jordanian and International academic journals. He published an article in the 3rd Rank journal among World finance journals in 2008. He has a paper that won a Distinguished Research Award in South Korea on July 15, 2012, and has another paper that won a Best Paper Award in the USA on May 13, 2016. Furthermore, he has published 7 books, one of which is published in Germany. Also, he is an author of a chapter in 6 books, 4 of which are published in Europe and USA. He has published 25 articles in refereed international journals. He has participated in 47 international conferences and presented 31 working papers at the international scientific conference all over the globe. He had supervised  3 PhD theses, one of which as an external supervisor at the University of Coventry, UK;  and another one at Minho University, Portugal. He was on the examination board of 2 PhD and 88 Master VIVAs, in banking and finance. Moreover, he worked as a Trainer for many training programs in banking and finance, and a Financial Consultant for many projects. In fact, he is a listed banking expert within the European Investment Bank.
