Biography
Vikram shares diversified combination of experiences from academic, corporate and training background. Growing from a position of Teaching Assistant, he worked at various levels of academic positions and has valuable experience in teaching and research. He is also a certified corporate trainer and has been awarded for his achievements as corporate training manager with ICICI Prudential. He possesses expertise in the area of financial investments, capital markets, financial products and behavioral trainings. He has also undertaken consulting and training assignments for cooperative banks whilst working as a Faculty of Agriculture Cooperative Training Institute, accredited and funded by NABARD, Government of India. He has conducted many MDPs and workshops for the working executives of Banks and Finance Companies. Vikram received his PhD from the one of the most reputed University of Pune, India. His primary research interests are in the areas of Asset Pricing, Empirical Finance, Financial Intermediation, Portfolio Analysis and Investments. His research work has been accepted at various academic conferences and he is member of Indian Accounting Association and India Econometric Society (TIES). Prior to his PhD, he did his post-graduation and graduation from the prestigious The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India. He has also done his MS from the Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, UK in Quantitative Finance.
