Biography
Titi Candra Sunarti is a scientist with doctor degree on Applied Bioscience and Biotechnology, at Graduate School of Bioresources, Mie University, Japan. Since the year 1991, she has worked at Division of Bioindustry, Department of Agroindustrial Technology, Bogor Agricultural University, Indonesia. Her experiences in research are bioprocess technology and carbohydrate technology. She is also interested in exploring new local indigenous carbohydrate resources in Indonesia.
