Biography
Nantumbwe Shamim is a 33 year old female Ugandan, a management Lecturer at Makerere University Business School (Uganda)in the Business Administration department. She has been in this field since 2009 and she volunteers as a program manager at socila enterprise called Smart Girls Foundation. An organisation that focuses on empowering mostly girls, women in both soft skills and skills like mechanics, health among others so that they can be able to have some jobs and earn income. SHAMIM is passionate about helping and inspiring people especially the girls, youth and women and looking forward to pursue a PhD related to community development in case I get an opportunity in terms of scholarship.
