Martin Franklin (University of the West Indies) Jamaica

Mr. Franklin is currently a Lecturer in Mathematical Methods and Statistics and Head in Department of Economics. He is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus, Jamaica and Mc Gill University, Montreal, Canada where he obtained the Bachelor of Science in Mathematics with First Class Honours and the Master of Science Degree in Operations Research respectively. His work experience spans both the public and private sectors and includes aviation management and operations management. He is currently carrying out research on the Informal Sector, Remittances in the Caribbean and the Economics of Culture.
