Dr. Khairul Adham (Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment) Malaysia

Khairul Naim Adham is the Head of Unit (Strategic Planning), National Biodiversity Centre Core Team at the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Malaysia (NRE). He is also a National Expert for the Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) Policy Support for Malaysia project (Economic Planning Unit in collaboration with the European Union) and Expert Panel for National Occupational Skills Standard (NOSS) Green Technology Compliance, Department of Skill Development and Ministry of Human Resource. He holds a PhD in Environment and Development, Master of Science (Science and Technology Policy Studies), Bachelor of Horticultural Science and Post-graduate Diploma in Public Management.
