Biography
Dr. Hesham M. Ghashat is a Lecturer at Hey Allandulas Municipality, Tripoli, Libya. He obtained his PhD from Edinburgh Napier University, UK. Recently he is focusing on Education, Training & Consultancy works, with the capability of understanding the market needs and trend. He designed & delivered courses (pioneering work), to National Administration Institute, Libyan Port Co, and many shipping & Oil Companies. In addition, he worked as a member of scientific committees for a number of workshops. In addition, I am working as an adviser for a number of companies & governmental entities, concerning the strategic planning. Dr Ghashat background is strongly related to the field of Marine Transport in general and the area of Port governance structure and performance in particular, with ten years practical experience in shipping and an advanced related academic background and qualifications. He presented a number of academic papers containing an original contribution to the literature in the field of port studies.
